Unfortunately We DO NOT offer refunds/returns on any of our lashes (Crowns) due to the nature of the item and sanitary purposes. For defective orders, contact us immediately via email at Kingdivalashbar@gmail.com, please provide your order# in the subject line. Please send proof of damage products you may attach pictures to your email. Note we are unable to replace damaged products without photos. If it has been over 24 hours since you have received your purchase, we are unable to replace the damaged products. Please be aware that once your package tracking information confirms delivery complete but you never received your package you must file a claim with your local delivery service provider. Email us conformation of the claim filed & the out come so that we can provide you with the next possible steps.
